We are a group of Hispanic women – all professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs – dedicated to promoting the presence of women in leadership positions and advancing our role as agents of change.

What WhE do

We promote a nurturing and dynamic platform to discuss, create and inspire ideas that will lead to action and increase the presence of Hispanic women in executive leadership positions in corporate America. Our ultimate goal is to help create a more diverse, integrated and, therefore, stronger business community.

Where WhE are

We are beginning in South Florida where our Founding Members are leaders in Miami-Dade County’s thriving international business community.
